Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Part-Time Receptionist to join our cleints team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a busy office environment. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, so a welcoming attitude and strong customer service skills are essential.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and clients with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Answer and route phone calls efficiently.
• Manage the front desk, including handling mail and packages.
• Maintain office supplies and ensure the reception area is tidy.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
• Provide information and assistance to clients and team members.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
