Job Description

NWP is seeking an experienced 1st Shift MIG Welder to join our metal fabrication manufacturing team. This role involves welding heavy-gauge steel in a production environment and requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• MIG welding on heavy-gauge steel
• Read blueprints and weld symbols
• Maintain quality and safety standards
• Lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Work overtime as required

Requirements

• 2+ years of recent MIG welding experience
• Experience in metal fabrication manufacturing
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
