Job Title: Office Manager / Bookkeeper

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Manager / Bookkeeper to oversee daily office operations and manage bookkeeping functions. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth administrative processes and accurate financial recordkeeping.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain financial records using QuickBooks

  • Handle bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable/receivable and basic reconciliations

  • Create, edit, and maintain documents using Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Oversee general office operations, filing systems, and record management

  • Answer phones, manage emails, and support internal and external communications

  • Perform general administrative duties as needed to support daily operations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as an Office Manager, Bookkeeper, or similar role

  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus
