Job Title: Office Manager / Bookkeeper
Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Manager / Bookkeeper to oversee daily office operations and manage bookkeeping functions. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth administrative processes and accurate financial recordkeeping.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain financial records using QuickBooks
Handle bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable/receivable and basic reconciliations
Create, edit, and maintain documents using Microsoft Word and Excel
Oversee general office operations, filing systems, and record management
Answer phones, manage emails, and support internal and external communications
Perform general administrative duties as needed to support daily operations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in QuickBooks
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience as an Office Manager, Bookkeeper, or similar role
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus
