Job Summary/Company Information:
- A company in Columbus, Indiana is looking to add a Property Maintenance Technician to their team!
- Perform general property maintenance across residential homes
- The Property Maintenance Technician will handle basic plumbing repairs
- Complete painting and touch-up work
- Assist with landscaping and exterior upkeep
- Perform minor electrical repairs
- Maintain and repair washers, dryers, and other household equipment
- Communicate professionally with customers during service visits
- Support additional maintenance tasks as needed
