Job Title: Driver / Warehouse Associate

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $20–$26 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Driver/Warehouse Associate to support our operations involving high-end decorative concrete products. This role is a blend of driving and warehouse work, with responsibilities shifting based on seasonal demand.

  • Busy season: Approximately 90% driving

  • Slow season: Approximately 90% warehouse duties

Key Responsibilities

Driving Duties:

  • Safely operate a Ford F-550 with short stake bed, occasionally towing a trailer

  • Transport high-end decorative concrete products to job sites and customers

  • Load, secure, and unload materials properly

  • Maintain a clean driving record and follow all DOT and company safety regulations

Warehouse Duties:

  • Receive, organize, and prepare inventory for delivery

  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

  • Handle materials and products weighing up to 50 lbs

Requirements

  • Valid Class C CDL with Hazmat Endorsement

  • Clean driving record

  • Clean background check

  • Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screen

  • Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly

  • Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused

  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience driving medium-duty trucks and towing trailers

  • Warehouse or construction-related material handling experience

  • Familiarity with decorative concrete or similar specialty products (a plus, not required)
