Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales Support Representative to assist our sales team by following up on past leads and supporting ongoing sales efforts. This role focuses on outbound outreach, relationship-building, and identifying potential opportunities for the sales team to pursue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact past leads to gauge interest in previously submitted bids or proposals.

• Engage prospects in professional, friendly conversations to assess needs and timelines.

• Identify and qualify warm leads, sharing relevant details with the sales team.

• Coordinate closely with sales representatives to ensure timely follow-up.

• Maintain accurate notes and updates in the CRM or internal tracking system.

• Provide general administrative and coordination support to the sales team as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or outbound calling preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with a variety of contacts.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage follow-ups effectively.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
