Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable and experienced Auto Parts Puller to join a team in McMinnville, TN. This position is responsible for removing auto parts from vehicles efficiently and safely based on work orders. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with vehicles and be comfortable using personal power tools to complete daily tasks.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Remove requested auto parts from vehicles according to work orders

• Use personal hand and power tools to safely and efficiently pull parts

• Identify and inspect parts for quality and usability

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times

• Assist with general yard or shop duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with cars or automotive repair required

• Must have own power tools necessary to remove auto parts

• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of vehicle components

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Dependable with strong attention to detail

• Ability to lift, bend, and work in outdoor or shop conditions

Work Environment:
This role may involve working outdoors and in varying weather conditions, as well as lifting and physical labor.

Compensation & Schedule:

• $14.00/hour

• Full-time, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

• Saturday hours: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
