Position Summary

The Warehouse Manager is a hands-on role responsible for daily warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping and receiving, and transportation scheduling. This position oversees a small team consisting of two drivers and two warehouse workers. The role requires strong organization, delegation, and the ability to adapt to changing schedules based on customer orders and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including order pulling, packing, shipping, and receiving
• Work hands-on in the warehouse as needed to meet daily demands
• Supervise, delegate, and support two drivers and two warehouse associates
• Schedule and dispatch trucks based on customer orders
• Manage UPS WorldShip and freight shipments using a paper-based ticketing system
• Maintain accurate and organized inventory
• Adjust priorities daily as business volume and sales fluctuate
• Communicate clearly, listen well, and take accurate notes
• Identify opportunities to improve organization, workflow, and efficiency

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in warehouse or logistics operations preferred
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-changing, hands-on work environment
• Comfortable with paper-based systems and manual tracking
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and initiative

6:30am to 4:30pm Monday - Friday

Pay is $24 an hour
