We’re hiring a Property Maintenance Supervisor to lead a skilled maintenance team supporting a large student housing and mixed-use property portfolio. This is a working supervisor role for someone who knows HVAC inside and out, can lead from the front, and keeps operations running without chaos.

What you’ll be responsible for

• Lead and supervise a team of 5+ maintenance technicians 

• Oversee daily maintenance operations for ~1,000 student housing units across 17 apartment buildings and 12 commercial properties

• Perform and oversee robust HVAC work including troubleshooting, repairs, preventative maintenance, and system oversight

• Support and oversee basic electrical, HVAC, and plumbing repairs

• Coordinate and manage outside vendors for specialty work

• Assign, prioritize, and track work orders to ensure timely completion

• Conduct inspections, unit turns, preventative maintenance, and emergency response as needed

• Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards are met across all properties

• Communicate clearly with management, vendors, and residents when required

What we’re looking for

• Strong HVAC experience is required (diagnostics, repair, PMs, system oversight)

• Working knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems

• Proven experience leading and supervising a maintenance team

• Strong troubleshooting and hands-on repair skills

• Ability to manage priorities across a high-volume property portfolio

• Experience coordinating vendors and outside contractors

• Solid communication, organization, and time-management skills

• Valid Drivers License and Own Vehicle.
