We’re hiring hands-on Property Maintenance Technicians to support residential/student properties. This is a working role for someone who likes fixing things, staying busy, and seeing the results of their work every day.
What you’ll be doing
Handle day-to-day maintenance and repairs: drywall, painting, basic plumbing, basic electrical, doors, locks, fixtures, appliances, and general repairs
Complete work orders efficiently and communicate status clearly
Perform unit turns, inspections, and preventative maintenance
Maintain clean, safe, and functional properties
Work independently while coordinating with management or tenants as needed
What we’re looking for
Previous property maintenance, facilities, or handyman experience
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC support, and general repairs
Reliable, dependable, and able to manage your time
Valid driver’s license and own vehicle required!
