Licensed Property Manager – Danville, IL | $25–$30/hr | Monday–Friday

Are you a natural problem-solver with a passion for people and properties? We’re looking for a Licensed Property Manager who’s confident, organized, and ready to bring their expertise to a dynamic and fast-paced property management team!

If you’ve got experience keeping tenants happy, owners informed, and operations running like clockwork—this opportunity is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage daily property operations and maintain accurate records for tenants and landlords

• Coordinate maintenance requests, property inspections, and vendor scheduling

• Screen and process tenant applications, collect payments, and oversee lease agreements

• Communicate with tenants and property owners with professionalism and care

• Prepare and promote property listings and assist with property showings

• Maintain compliance with all state and local property regulations

• Collaborate with the leasing and maintenance teams to ensure property success

• Utilize AppFolio to manage tenant communications, accounting, work orders, and reporting

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Property Manager License required (or ability to obtain a license). 

• Proficiency in AppFolio is required. 

• Previous property management experience (residential or commercial) required. 

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. 

• Bachelors Degree preferred. 

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. 

• Professional, dependable, and ready to take initiative.
