Concierge / Coordinator (Contract) – Immediate Hiring

Pay: $25/hour + $20 daily mileage
Job Type: Contract (Short-term, up to 3 weeks)
Schedule: Swing Shift
• 5:00 AM – 9:00 AM
• 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Five consecutive days per week; weekends also available

Locations: Costa Mesa, Huntington Beach & Newport Beach

Job Description:
We are seeking professional, service-oriented Concierge / Coordinators to assist doctors and nurses traveling between hotels and medical facilities. This is a highly visible, customer-facing role that serves as the primary point of contact during arrival and departure. Candidates must be reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Check in doctors and nurses upon arrival

• Direct staff to appropriate shuttles or buses

• Communicate with drivers, hotel staff, and medical personnel

• Report scheduling or routing issues in real time

• Maintain accurate check-in records

• Provide exceptional customer service

• Ensure smooth and professional transportation operations

Qualifications:

• Professional, well-spoken, customer service–focused demeanor

• Presentable appearance for a front-facing role

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to remain calm and solve problems under pressure

• Reliable, punctual, and flexible with early morning and swing shifts

• Experience in hospitality, logistics, transportation, or customer service preferred

Additional Information:
This is a short-term contract role with immediate start. Assignment length may be up to three weeks based on operational needs.
