Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning of lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and high-traffic areas throughout the day.
• Restock restroom and breakroom supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper).
• Respond promptly to spills, messes, and urgent cleaning needs.
• Assist with light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, minor repairs, and reporting issues.
• Empty trash receptacles and maintain waste disposal areas.
• Monitor building appearance and report any safety hazards or maintenance concerns.
• Provide courteous assistance to staff and visitors when needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in janitorial or porter services preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
