Job Title: Data Entry / Purchasing Support Associate

 

Pay Range: $18.00–$20.00/hour (1st Shift, Part Time)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry / Purchasing Support Associate to join our team. In this role, you will assist with processing and tracking purchase orders for previously approved products. This position focuses on administrative support, order follow-up, record keeping, and vendor coordination to ensure timely delivery of materials.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and maintain purchase orders in the system accurately and on time.
• Request items that have been previously ordered or approved.
• Track order status and follow up with vendors regarding delivery dates.
• Maintain organized records of all purchasing transactions.
• Verify order details such as quantities, part numbers, and delivery information.
• Communicate with internal departments regarding order status or delays.
• Assist with invoice matching and documentation.
• Ensure purchasing records are complete and up to date.

 

 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree a plus).
• Previous data entry, administrative, or office experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with spreadsheets or purchasing systems.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Clear communication skills with vendors and internal teams.
• Ability to read and write in English.
