RV Sales & Digital Marketing Associate
Pay: $16–$18/hour + Commission

Job Overview
Locally owned RV dealership looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Sales &
Digital Marketing Associate. This role combines in-person sales with a strong focus on
online marketing and digital customer engagement. The ideal candidate is comfortable
managing social media accounts, responding to online inquiries, and turning digital leads
into in-store sales.

Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Interaction
? Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner
? Answer incoming phone calls and provide accurate information on inventory and
pricing
? Guide customers through the RV sales process from first contact to purchase
? Follow up with leads to build relationships and close sales
Online Marketing & Digital Engagement
? Manage and update the dealership’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram,
etc.)
? Create posts promoting RV inventory, specials, and dealership updates
? Take photos and videos of RVs for online listings and social media content
? Write clear, engaging descriptions for online and digital media platforms
? Monitor and respond to online messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely manner

? Handle online sales leads and convert them into appointments and showroom visits

General Duties
? Assist with basic marketing efforts to increase dealership visibility and sales
? Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom and outdoor lot
? Work closely with ownership and team members in a small-business environment

Qualifications
? Previous sales, customer service, or digital marketing experience preferred
? Strong comfort level with social media platforms and online communication
? Ability to write clear, professional, and engaging online content
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities
? Reliable, professional, and customer-focused
