Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Order Processor / Administrative Coordinator to manage the flow of orders from start to finish. This is a fast-paced administrative role that requires accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to learn and navigate multiple computer systems quickly in an industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter part numbers and order details into the company system.
  • Track, follow up, and manage each stage of the order process until completion.
  • Maintain and update inventory records in collaboration with the Warehouse Manager.
  • Work closely with sales representatives to ensure smooth processing of customer orders.
  • Communicate with customers regarding order status and resolve order-related questions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any order issues or discrepancies.
  • Quickly learn and adapt to new computer systems and databases.

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers and data entry.
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; able to collaborate with sales, warehouse, and customers.
  • Thick-skinned and resilient; able to navigate high-pressure situations with professionalism.
  • Previous experience in order processing, administrative support, or inventory management preferred.
