Responsible for managing the outbound flow of goods from a warehouse or distribution center. They ensure that orders are accurately picked, packed, and documented for timely delivery to customers.

Core Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment: Pick products from storage and pack them securely into containers for transit.
Documentation: Prepare essential shipping documents, including Bills of Lading (BOL), packing slips, invoices, and international customs paperwork.
Labeling & Logistics: Weigh packages, print shipping labels, and schedule pickups with carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
Inventory Management: Track stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and report any discrepancies or shortages to management.
Quality Control: Inspect outgoing products for damage and verify that contents match the original order forms.
Collaboration: Coordinate with warehouse teams, customer service, and carrier drivers to resolve issues like late shipments or damaged goods.
