What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional service by responding to customer inquiries promptly, accurately, and professionally
• Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive customer information
• Assist customers with questions related to deposit accounts, electronic payments, debit card transactions, and various bank products and services
• Support educational and marketing initiatives to help customers better understand available services
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and ensure a seamless customer experience
• Participate in special projects and team engagement activities as needed

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on communication and accuracy
• Ability to support electronic transfers, card services, and general banking inquiries
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to assist across departments
• High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education or financial services certification is a plus

• Frequent use of hands and wrists for typing and document handling
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods based on customer needs
• Occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs
