Express Employment Professionals of Denton County is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Technician to support our client's manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for ensuring product quality, assisting with production tasks, and safely operating equipment as needed. The ideal candidate has prior QC and machine operation experience and is comfortable working a rotating 12-hour shift schedule for a period of time.

Schedule: 12 hour shifts (bi weekly rotation) 

Pay: $23/hr + overtime

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality control inspections on finished products and in-process materials to ensure compliance with company and customer standards

• Identify, document, and report quality issues or defects

• Assist with general labor duties throughout the plant as needed

• Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently

• Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Work closely with production and supervisory teams to support daily operations

Qualifications:

• Prior quality control experience preferred

• Machine operator experience strongly preferred

• Manufacturing or industrial experience a plus

• Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts for a temporary period

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform physical tasks in a production environment

• Willingness to work overtime when offered
