Job Summary

We are seeking a high-energy Route Delivery Driver to join our beverage distribution team. This is a very physically demanding role, involving lifting and moving large cases up and down ramps and hills. The ideal candidate is motivated, reliable, and ready for an active, hands-on workday.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver beverages to assigned routes efficiently and safely
• Load and unload cases, often heavy and bulky, using proper lifting techniques
• Navigate ramps, hills, and customer locations while managing product safely
• Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures as needed
• Provide excellent customer service during all deliveries
• Follow all safety and company procedures

Qualifications

• Capable of lifting heavy cases repeatedly throughout the day
• Highly motivated, energetic, and a “morning person” ready for early starts
• Ability to work independently while staying focused on safety and accuracy
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to route schedules

Work Environment

• Fast-paced, outdoor and indoor delivery routes
• Physical, hands-on work that may strain legs and core muscles initially
• Requires standing, walking, lifting, pushing, and climbing stairs or ramps frequently
• Must be ready for physically demanding days
