Schedule: Wednesday – Sunday (Off Monday and Tuesday)

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable Custodian / Maintenance Assistant to help maintain and care for our properties. This role involves routine upkeep, minor repairs, and inspecting properties to ensure they remain safe and well-maintained. Training will be provided for certain tasks, so this position is a great opportunity for someone eager to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform light custodial duties such as cleaning, trash removal, and general upkeep
• Inspect properties for damage or safety hazards and report issues
• Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, painting safety stripes on stairs or parking lots, and minor repairs
• Assist with other maintenance tasks as assigned
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and be trained in light maintenance tasks
• Ability to work Wednesday through Sunday consistently
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious
• Ability to lift and carry moderate weight and perform physical tasks as needed
