We’re looking for a friendly, organized Intake Coordinator to help welcome clients, answer phones, and keep intake appointments running smoothly. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and being the go-to person in an office, this could be a great fit.

What you’ll be doing:

• Scheduling intake appointments and completing intake interviews

• Helping clients fill out forms and gathering required documents

• Sharing information about other resources or assistance when needed

• Answering phones, taking messages, and routing calls

• Greeting visitors and directing them to the right person

What we’re looking for:

• Someone warm, patient, and comfortable talking with people

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Able to juggle a few tasks at once

• Office, front desk, or customer service experience is helpful, but not required
