Key Responsibilities
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines, trucks, and heavy equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Conduct inspections and document findings clearly and accurately
• Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and compliance standards
• Partner with operations and leadership to prioritize repairs and improve reliability

Qualifications
• Proven experience as a diesel mechanic or heavy equipment technician
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Valid driver’s license required
• Diesel or ASE certifications are a plus but not required
