We are looking for a dependable Scale House Attendant to join our team. This role involves weighing vehicles, recording data, and assisting customers, with work taking place outdoors in all weather conditions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working outside, and provides excellent customer service.

PART TIME 30 Hours a week - Must be okay with working outside 

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet drivers and customers in a friendly, professional manner.

• Accurately weigh trucks, materials, or products entering and leaving the facility.

• Record weights and complete required paperwork or electronic logs.

• Work outdoors as needed, monitoring traffic and directing vehicles safely.

• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the scale house and surrounding area.

• Report equipment issues or safety hazards promptly.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous experience in a scale house or similar role is a plus but not required.

• Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping.

• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Flexible schedule; may include evenings, weekends, or holidays.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

• Ability to work outside in hot, cold, or rainy conditions.
