Pay Rate: $16-$18/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

 

A local manufacturing company is seeking an Administrative Office Coordinator to support daily office operations while serving as the first point of contact at the front desk. This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of solid office administrative experience who is comfortable multitasking, handling data, and supporting internal teams in a professional office environment.

This is a full-time opportunity with a well-established company offering long-term stability.


Position Summary

The Administrative Office Coordinator will manage front desk activities while providing essential administrative support to multiple departments. Responsibilities include data entry, email correspondence, order entry, document management, and system updates. While this role sits at the front desk, it is administrative in nature and requires strong technical and organizational skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional and efficient manner

  • Greet visitors, vendors, and guests and direct them appropriately

  • Manage email correspondence and internal communications

  • Perform data entry, order entry, and document processing

  • Create and process purchase orders

  • Scan, save, and organize documents electronically

  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems

  • Utilize Salesforce to update records and save documentation

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries (FedEx, UPS, etc.)

  • Assist with ordering, receiving, and maintaining office supplies

  • Support internal departments with administrative tasks as needed

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required (degree preferred)

  • 2–3 years of office administrative experience required

  • Strong data entry and administrative background

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel required)

  • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities

  • Professional demeanor, reliability, and attention to detail
