Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst IV to support business and technical process analysis at a large industrial facility in Pascagoula, MS. This role focuses on analyzing, designing, and improving business information processing systems across multiple functions, including production, inventory, finance, marketing, and human resources.

The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between business units and technology teams, defining system requirements, supporting application development, and ensuring efficient data flow and system performance.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business and technical processes to develop new or modified information processing systems

Define system requirements, business cases, and functional specifications

Coordinate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and document requirements

Assess program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, and system controls

Document data flows and translate logic between programs and coding languages

Create, execute, and document comprehensive test plans and test cases

Analyze test results and recommend improvements to code efficiency and system performance

Support applications involving production, inventory, financial tracking, marketing, and HR systems

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred Skills & Technical Experience

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Access

Experience with SQL Server Management Studio and Visual Studio

Application development using C# (frontend) and SQL (backend)

Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)

Ability to develop dashboards and data visualizations

Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements-gathering skills

Ability to understand and document existing code and system workflows

Experience with testing, debugging, and performance optimization
