Customer Service Representative II
 Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
 Pay Range: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour (DOE)

What You’ll Do:

• Accurately place purchase orders and quotes for goods and services

• Gather and verify order details from internal and external sources

• Manage inbound and outbound communication with customers and vendors

• Collaborate with sales reps and managers to resolve product or order issues

• Proactively identify process improvements and prevent recurring errors

• Provide customers and sales reps with updates on order status, quotes, lead times, and shipping info

• Act as a liaison between customers, sales, and other internal departments

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience navigating multiple software systems

• Strong independence and judgment—knowing when to act and when to ask

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially via email

• A proactive and positive attitude with problem-solving grit

• Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities

• Strong follow-through and organization skills to juggle multiple projects

• Critical thinking and attention to detail

• Relationship-building skills with customers and internal teams

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word – intermediate level)
