Jr CNC Machinist / Apprentice

We are looking for a motivated Junior CNC Machinist at the apprentice level who is eager to grow their skills and gain hands-on experience in CNC machining and programming.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with setup and operation of CNC machines under supervision
• Learn CNC programming, offsets, and tooling
• Read and interpret basic blueprints and job instructions
• Perform part inspections and basic quality checks
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Support daily shop operations as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Entry-level or apprentice CNC machining experience or education (2 years is an asset)
• Strong interest in learning CNC programming and advanced machining skills
• Willingness to learn from and train under a Journeyman Machinist
• Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Reliable, motivated, and eager to grow
