Customer Service Representative 

Main duties will be answering telephone, scheduling incoming service calls, answering website scheduling requests, customer follow-up calls, and coordinating work with our technicians.

Need to be able to work with office 365, have great phone etiquette, written and verbal communication, some invoice may be involved, as well as scheduling and coordinating with the service technicians out in the field. 
HS diploma or GED required.
