Pay Rate: $21.00 – $25.00/hr

Schedule: * Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

• Project Duration: Approximately a 30-day assignment.

• Note: Flexible with time.

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Clerical Specialist for a high-priority digital transformation project. In this role, you will lead the transition from paper-based records to a fully digital filing system, ensuring the integrity and accessibility of over 300 physical files. This is an ideal role for someone who is highly organized, works well independently, and is comfortable with HRIS platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Conversion: Perform high-volume scanning of physical documents and convert them into organized digital formats.

• Data Management: Accurately enter, update, and verify data within digital systems and HRIS platforms.

• Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality and follow all secure data-handling protocols.

• File Organization: Label and store digital files to ensure easy retrieval and long-term usability.

• Quality Control: Review scanned documents for clarity, completeness, and accuracy.

• Office Support: Assist with general reception duties such as ordering supplies, greeting visitors, and answering phones as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience: 1–2 years of scanning, data entry, or clerical experience.

• Technical Skills: Tech-savvy with proficiency in digital filing systems and scanners.

• Software: Experience with HRIS platforms is required; Paylocity experience is highly preferred.

• Attributes: Strong attention to detail, commitment to accuracy, and the ability to work independently.

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
