Front Office Coordinator – $18/hr

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

The Front Office Coordinator is the first point of contact for visitors and applicants, responsible for creating a positive experience and supporting daily office operations. Must be bilingual in English and Spanish. This is a temp to hire position. 

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors, answer phones, and respond to inquiries professionally.

  • Review online applications and enter accurate applicant data into the system.

  • Assist with applicant flow, schedule interviews, and administer skills evaluations.

  • Support recruiting efforts and help match applicants to open roles.

  • Perform general office tasks including filing, mailings, payroll support, and maintaining office organization.

  • Make appointment-setting and MPC calls as needed and convert employment verification calls into sales or recruiting opportunities.

  • Follow Express procedures and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Bilingual: English and Spanish required.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.

  • Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.

  • Professional, organized, and reliable.
