Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking dedicated and self‑motivated Cleaning Professionals to support commercial cleaning operations across multiple sites. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, stay productive without constant direction, and want long‑term stability with opportunities for advancement into supervisory roles.

Pay & Schedule

Full-Time Position

• Hourly Pay: $17.00/hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Locations: Stillwater, MN & Mahtomedi, MN

Part-Time Position

• Hourly Pay: $17.00/hour
• Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Location: Mendota Heights, MN

Pay Frequency: Weekly
Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire
Travel: Must have your own vehicle; travel between job sites required (drive time paid)

Key Responsibilities

• Clean commercial properties including rehabilitation centers and condo/apartment buildings
• Clean and sanitize appliances, bathrooms, kitchens, and high‑touch surfaces
• Perform scrubbing, mopping, dusting, sweeping, and general floor care
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Stay productive and self-directed—find work to complete without waiting for direction

Qualifications

• Cleaning skills preferred
• 1 year of prior cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and ownership mentality
• Must have a reliable personal vehicle for travel between sites
• Background screening required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
• Frequent bending, reaching, scrubbing, and repetitive motion

Equipment Used

• All cleaning equipment provided
• No prior equipment experience necessary

Long-Term Opportunities
