Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, donuts, and breakfast cakes daily
• Follow established recipes and production guidelines
• Monitor baking times, oven temperatures, and ingredient quality
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and prep areas
• Assist with inventory, ingredient ordering, and proper food storage
• Ensure all baked goods meet our quality and presentation standards
• Collaborate with the team to develop new items or seasonal offerings

Qualifications

• Experience as a baker, pastry cook, or similar role preferred
• Strong knowledge of dough preparation, proofing, and finishing techniques
• Ability to work early mornings and stand for extended periods
• Attention to detail and pride in creating consistent, beautiful products
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work both independently and in a team
• Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
