Express Employment Professionals is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for an established business in Cowlitz County. The ideal candidate would have knowledge in IT services. This is a full time, Evaluation to hire position.

Pay Ranges: $26.00 - $31.99DOE 

Key Responsibilities:

•Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunity directives as identified.
•Follow up on sales opportunities and document findings and progress.
•Generate leads through networking, events, referrals, and outbound research.
•Maintain active prospecting rhythms in alignment with company's strategic marketing plan.
•Document all actions and other information in the Professional Services Automation (PSA), Centralized Documentation, Quoting, and other applications as directed.
•Maintain situational awareness of vendor partner programs and promotions through continual training and research.
•Research products & services as necessary to stay current with changing technology.
•Coordinate and schedule First Time Appointments between clients and sales team.

Skills & Experience Required: 

•One year or more experience in an Inside / Outside Sales or related position where selling is a core focus.
•Knowledge of current services and merchandise offerings related to managed IT services (preferred).
•Knowledge of Managed IT Services and related subscription-based solutions (preferred).

•Proven ability to follow structured sales processes, deliver client-facing presentations, and build strong, long-term business relationships.

•Demonstrated success in independently closing sales opportunities, with the flexibility to collaborate as part of a team when needed.
