What You’ll Be Doing:

• Be the first friendly voice customers hear by answering incoming calls and assisting with inquiries

• Make occasional follow-up calls to keep customers updated

• Process payments and maintain accurate records

• Work with company software to manage accounts and resolve issues

• Help customers identify the products and solutions that fit their needs

• Tackle challenges with professionalism and clear communication

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong customer service or sales background

• Basic Microsoft Office skills

• Confidence in handling billing and account information

• A quick learner who thrives in a busy, team-oriented environment

• Insurance experience is a plus!
