Packer/Trimmer Job Summary: A Fourth Generation owned and operated privately held company is looking for a Packer/Trimmer to join their team and support their foam mold and fabrication process.

Packer/Trimmer Requirements:

• Stand, walk, reach, lift (up to 50 lbs occasionally), pull, grab, and pinch throughout the workday.

• Perform packing department duties, including trimming foam products with scissors or other approved tools.

• Follow step-by-step processes consistently and accurately.

• Maintain excellent attendance and adhere to workplace safety standards.

Schedule & Pay:

• 1st Shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm Monday through Friday, with overtime as required
• $16.00/HR

Packer/Trimmer Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality.

• Ability and willingness to learn, adapt, and apply training effectively.

• Reliable, responsible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Demonstrated commitment to safety and proper work procedures.

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
