Job Title: Overnight Property Maintenance Driver
Location: Sarasota, Florida

• Wednesday to Sunday, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
• Thursday to Monday, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
• Friday to Tuesday, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
• Saturday to Wednesday, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Job Description:
We are seeking dependable and hardworking drivers to perform overnight property maintenance. This role involves a combination of manual labor (approximately 70% of the time) and operating a sweeper truck (30% of the time).

Responsibilities:

• Use backpack blowers to clear debris from sidewalks, corners, and other areas.
• Sweep up remaining debris and operate a sweeper truck to ensure parking lots are clean and sand-free.
• Empty and sanitize trash receptacles and perform porter duties such as wiping down ledges.
• Maintain clean curb lines, window mullions, soffits (removing spider webs), and other specified areas.
• Provide detailed and customized reports on completed work.

Requirements:

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and extended periods of walking or standing.
• Experience operating backpack blowers and sweeper trucks is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential for overnight shifts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in property maintenance or a similar field.
• A strong work ethic and a focus on quality results.
