Position Summary: We are seeking an entry-level IT / Database Support Specialist to assist with creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting Microsoft Access databases, as well as providing general computer support as needed. This role will work closely with management to support day-to-day technical needs and special projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and maintain databases using Microsoft Access
Fix, update, and improve existing Access databases
Design entry forms and user-friendly interfaces in Access
Create reports in Microsoft Access based on business needs
Troubleshoot and resolve database issues
Provide basic computer support and troubleshooting (hardware and software)
Assist with various technical tasks as assigned by management
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Access (databases, forms, and reports)
General computer troubleshooting skills
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks as needed
Strong communication skills
Experience Level:
minimum 1 year experience required
