A reputable concrete manufacturing company in Bloomington, IL is hiring Concrete Laborers for 1st shift. This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates with general labor or construction experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform general labor duties in a concrete production environment
Measure materials accurately using a tape measure
Operate basic power tools and hand tools
Assist with concrete forming, finishing, and material handling
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
Job Requirements:
Ability to read a tape measure (required)
Experience using power tools
Previous construction, concrete, or manufacturing labor experience preferred
Ability to lift, stand, and work in a physical environment
Pay & Schedule:
$18–$20/hour, based on experience
1st Shift
