We are looking for a bilingual (English-Spanish), committed, friendly, upbeat individual to become a part of our team!

Ability to work from 8 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing the first positive impression
• Interact with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about our services.
• Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions recording details of inquiries or comments, as well as actions taken

At least 1 year of Face To Face Retail Customer Service experience preferred.

1 year of Microsoft Office applications experience.
