Customer Experience Representative (eCommerce Customer Service)

In-Office | Full-Time | Monday–Friday

A fast-growing eCommerce company specializing in premium apparel for babies, children, and adults is hiring a Customer Experience Representative to support daily customer service operations and deliver an exceptional post-purchase experience.

This is an in-office customer service role ideal for candidates with experience in eCommerce customer support, order management, and online retail platforms such as Shopify.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via live chat, email, and occasional phone calls
• Assist customers with order status, returns, exchanges, subscriptions, and product inquiries
• Manage and resolve requests using Shopify, Loop Returns, and Corso
• Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions and case notes
• Deliver professional, timely, and empathetic customer service
• Meet individual performance metrics and contribute to overall team KPIs
• Identify trends in customer issues and communicate insights to internal teams

Qualifications

• Strong written communication skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple customer conversations in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
• Goal-driven, accountable, and high-performing work style
• Comfortable working in an eCommerce or online retail environment
• Prior customer service experience required; eCommerce experience preferred
