eCommerce Customer Experience Representative
In-Office | Monday–Friday
A fast-growing eCommerce company specializing in premium, specialized apparel for babies, children, and adults is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to join its team. This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional customer support and ensuring a seamless post-purchase experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and occasionally phone
- Assist with order questions, returns, exchanges, subscriptions, and general product support
- Utilize platforms such as Shopify, Loop, and Corso to manage and resolve customer requests
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of customer interactions
- Provide timely, professional, and empathetic support aligned with a customer-first mindset
- Meet individual performance goals while contributing to overall team success
- Identify recurring issues and communicate insights to internal teams
Qualifications
- Strong written communication skills with close attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks efficiently
- Customer-focused, solution-oriented approach
- High achiever with a goal-driven and accountable work style
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced eCommerce environment
- Prior customer service experience preferred; eCommerce experience a plus
