We are currently seeking skilled concrete finishers with experience working with dry and wetcast. This is a FT position with a great company located in the Ogden area. 

 

Key Responsibilities-

• Form Preparation: Set up, clean, oil, and assemble molds/forms according to production drawings.
• Concrete Pouring: Mix and pour concrete into molds, ensuring proper vibration for consolidation.
• Reinforcement: Cut, bend, and tie rebar or wire cages for reinforcing concrete products.
• Finishing & Stripping: Remove (strip) products from molds, finish surfaces, and repair minor defects.
• Quality Control: Inspect products for defects, dimensions, and compliance with specifications.
• Maintenance & Safety: Clean tools and work areas, maintain equipment, and adhere to all safety regulations. 

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in varied weather conditions (heat/cold).
• Technical Skills: Experience with hand tools, power tools, and reading blueprints or shop drawings.
• Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, or a concrete environment is preferred.

(3+ years minimal concrete/construction experience)

Pay: $20.00/hour 

Schedule: Mon-Fri 4am-5:00pm (Start times may vary overtime will be required when needed)
