HVAC Technician

Located in Emory, TX

Salary: $18/hr- $28/hr- $DOE

Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a HVAC Technician position for a local Emory, Tx company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

In this role, you will:

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of residential heating and air conditioning systems
• Diagnose HVAC system issues and provide accurate, effective repair solutions
• Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and company quality expectations
• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners regarding system operation, repairs, and recommendations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in customers’ homes
• Complete work orders, service reports, and required documentation accurately and on time
• Manage service calls independently and efficiently
• Provide technical guidance when needed (no formal supervisory duties required)

We like to hear from candidates with the following:

• Proven ability to diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems
• Ability to work independently with strong time-management skills
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
• Ability to lift equipment and work in attics, crawlspaces, and other confined areas
• Flexibility with work hours—days may be long depending on workload
• Must have VALID DL!
• EPA Certified, HVAC Certified!
