Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking motivated and reliable candidates for Machine Operator openings in Pine City, MN. Pay & Schedule

  • Hourly Pay: $20.00/hour

  • Schedule:

    • Second Shift: 2:45 p.m.–1:15 a.m. Monday–Thursday

  • Pay Frequency: Weekly

  • Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

  • Location: Pine City, MN

  • Screening: Drug screen required, no background check

Key Responsibilities

  • Running machines and pulling parts

  • Deburring using hand deburring wheel and grinder

  • Quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and gauges

  • Meeting efficiency metrics of 95%–105%

  • General machine shop support as needed

Qualifications

  • Inspection tool experience

  • Machine shop experience

  • Ability to be trained on machine operation

  • Reliable, self-sufficient, and dependable work habits

  • High school diploma (not verified)

Physical Requirements

  • Lift up to 40 lbs

  • Frequent bending, turning, twisting

  • Standing for the full shift

Equipment Used

  • Deburring wheel

  • Production machinery

  • Pallet jack

  • Micrometers & calipers

  • Palm sander
