General Overview of Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, evidence-based patient care following hospital protocols
• Perform assessments, implement care plans, and document in EMR
• Administer medications and monitor patient status
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams
• Respond confidently to changing patient conditions
• Maintain compliance with hospital and regulatory standards

Minimum requirements:

Active RN license (compact or state-specific)

• 6+ months of recent RN experience related to the specialty and position applied for (within the last 3 years)
• 12 months required for Acute Care roles
• Current BLS/CPR (hands-on)
• TB test (within the last 12 months)
• (2) professional clinical references (supervisor-level)
• Pass Express Specialty competency exams (80% or higher)
• Background check required
