Express Employment Professionals of Centennial and Castle Rock is seeking an HR Generalist to support the daily HR functions of a manufacturing environment. This role supports recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, timekeeping, and training for both hourly production and salaried employees. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working closely with employees on the manufacturing floor.

Job Highlights:

• Post job ads, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and assist with background checks and drug screens
• Coordinate full cycle recruiting for production, warehouse, and office roles
• Prepare new-hire documentation and support orientation, I-9, and E-Verify processes
• Serve as a first point of contact for HR-related questions from employees
• Support employee relations matters in partnership with HR leadership
• Maintain employee files and HR records in compliance with company standards
• Track attendance, timekeeping corrections, and overtime for hourly staff
• Prepare HR reports such as headcount, turnover, and absenteeism
• Support OSHA recordkeeping, safety audits, and incident documentation
• Assist with benefits enrollment and payroll support activities
• Track training completion and maintain records for compliance and audit purposes

What We Look For:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Associate degree or equivalent HR experience considered
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings
• Working knowledge of HRIS, timekeeping, and applicant tracking systems
• Familiarity with FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and workers’ compensation
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professional communication skills and discretion with confidential information
• Comfort working in a manufacturing environment and interacting with hourly teams
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
