Weekend Shipping/Receiving Specialist Job Summary:  

We are hiring for a 3^rd party logistics company looking for a Weekend Shipping/Receiving Specialist to join their growing team. We are looking for an individual with exceptional attention to detail and fluency with data entry specifically numerical to support the tracking of material movement within a warehouse setting. Weekend Shipping/Receiving Specialist Requirements:

• Print reports
• Merge data from One ERP system to another
• High Volume Numerical Data Entry
• Entering inbound and outbound orders in WMS system
• Communicating with internal and external customers about order activity
• Responsible for the monitoring of high-volume email inbox
• May use a forklift to move around material as needed   

Schedule & Pay:

• 7:00 am-7:00 pm Weekends – Friday, Saturday and Sundays 
• $21/HR 

Weekend Shipping/Receiving Specialist Qualifications:

• High Attention to detail
• High pace attitude
• Strong communication skills
• MS Office
• Shipping clerk background preferred
• Inventory support experience using an ERP system
• Strong Data entry skills
• Good deductive reasoning skills
