MIG Welder / Fabricator

$23–$28 per hour based on experience

What You’ll Do
Perform MIG welding on steel components according to blueprints and work instructions
Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings
Set up welding equipment and adjust settings for proper weld quality
Inspect finished welds to ensure accuracy, strength, and appearance
Work closely with fabrication and production teams to meet quality and schedule expectations
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

What We’re Looking For
MIG welding experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment
Ability to read and understand blueprints and fabrication drawings
Trade school or technical center training in welding preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience
Strong attendance and reliability — showing up matters here
Willingness to learn, take feedback, and improve skills
Coachability and a positive attitude toward teamwork and training
Commitment to safety and quality workmanship

Pay
$23–$28 per hour, based on experience and skill level
