Overview

We are seeking a punctual, reliable, self-motivated, detail-oriented, organizational skilled, ability to work independently, and self-starter Shop Associate at our client located in Delavan.  The company is HVAC installation and servicing company.

 

The ideal candidate will be assisting in production needs, inventory stocking, inventory accuracy, shipping/receiving, building shipments for projects for our field technicians, assembly, and other duties assigned.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness & organization throughout the facility
• Assist with daily needs to make the company successful
• Operate forklifts in safe manner while moving merchandise
• Load/Unload shipments from outside vendors and our team members
• Receiving deliveries & organizing incoming merchandise by quantities & stocking
• Support fleet & equipment preparation for shipments for projects
• Organize merchandise, tools, inventory, & job-related equipment
• Ensure compliance with company safety & housekeeping standards
• Identify & report damaged, missing, or low-stock issues to management

Qualifications

• Forklift experience preferred
• Welding & knowledge of basic hand tools are preferred
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Mechanical knowledge
• CDL-A not required but willing to obtain if requested
• Knowledge of presses, breaks, & metal bending machinery
• Industrial painting preferred

 

Pay: $20+/hr. based on experience
