Express Employment Professionals of Fargo, ND is assisting a local company in finding a full-time Office Administrator. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, self-motivated, and enjoys being involved in the day-to-day operations of a growing business.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage daily financial activities including payables and receivables

  • Enter and maintain inventory accurately in the company system

  • Assist with order entry and processing

  • Support day-to-day office operations as needed, including phone answering, data entry, and general bookkeeping

  • Collaborate with the team to keep office processes running smoothly

Hours:

  • Labor Day to Memorial Day: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm (1-hour lunch)

  • Memorial Day to Labor Day: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm (1-hour lunch), Fridays 8:00 am–1:00 pm

What We’re Looking For:

  • General bookkeeping and accounting experience

  • Strong data entry skills

  • Self-motivated and task-oriented

  • Comfortable with basic Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook

Pay & Benefits:

  • $45–$50k base salary with year-end profit-sharing bonus

  • 401(k) with 6% match, including Roth option

  • Single healthcare plan with option to upgrade to family plan

  • 7 days paid time off in your first year, plus all paid holidays
